Elkay regulator repair kit with "red" spring cartridge. (The red is in quotes because the spring is no longer colored red, but it is still referred to this way.) This is the standard regulator used in many Elkay and Halsey Tayor fountains. It is intended for push button applications and requires less force to activate. For push bar models, Elkay recommends part 98732C as a bar gives more leverage to activate the valve.
